KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

-Time required for target picture validation
should not be underestimated. There are
many stakeholders and a transformation
procedure is an iterative process. To facilitate
the validation the Project Managers and
Steering Committee members should be totally committed to the project.

-Project teams should combine representatives from operational functional divisions (TOM) and Company Team representatives. It is the main key success factor to guarantee the consistency and realism of the program

-Approach should focus on permanent evaluation of requirements based on
customer needs and journey as well as business disruption. This approach should be a way to guarantee that the transformation
will be implemented according to the true business needs.

-Scoping should use a common framework to facilitate communication and experience
sharing. For example, «gap / functional requirement / change management» have to have the same meaning for anyone involved
into the program and for this purpose existing codification will be used

-Transformation / Scoping is a constantly evolving decision-making process: no definitive situation until final approval by managers in charge
